Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Formula mobile app and the website at thecreatorformula.com (together, the “Service”), operated by Influenceish LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company (“Formula,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them — they’re short and written in plain English on purpose.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, downloading the app, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

2. The service

Formula provides AI-generated scripts, analysis, and related tools for content creators. It studies the content you connect and generates scripts, hooks, and suggestions built around your style.

Outputs are suggestions. AI-generated content can be imperfect, and social media performance depends on many factors outside our control. We make no guarantee that any script or suggestion will perform well, go viral, earn commissions, or produce any particular result.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service.
• You’re responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity that happens under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Account.

4. Subscriptions & credits

• Subscriptions — paid plans are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions billed through your Apple account. They renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
• Credit packs — we also offer consumable credit packs as one-time in-app purchases.
• Credits — credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for money. Unused credits from the free plan do not roll over between months.
• Pricing — prices may change; we’ll give you notice of changes that affect an active subscription, and continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the new price.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content;
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or models behind the Service;
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the Service outside the interfaces we provide;
• Violate TikTok’s terms of service when connecting your TikTok account or analyzing TikTok content.

6. Your content & AI outputs

You own the content you put into Formula. As between you and us, you also own the scripts the Service generates for you, and you can use them for any lawful purpose. You’re responsible for how you use them — including reviewing them before publishing and making sure they comply with platform rules and applicable law.

Because outputs are generated by AI, similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users, and we can’t guarantee any output is unique to you.

7. Third-party services

The Service works with third-party services such as TikTok and Apple, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Formula is an independent product of Influenceish LLC — we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR ACHIEVE ANY RESULT.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Influenceish LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 6, 8, 9, and 12) survive termination.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date above; for material changes we’ll give you reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
