These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Formula for Creators iOS application (“Formula,” “the app”), operated by Influenceish LLC (“Influenceish,” “we,” “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using Formula, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Formula is a productivity app that helps creators write short-form video scripts in their own voice. With your permission, Formula analyzes your existing TikTok videos to learn your style and generates original script drafts for you to use.
Formula integrates with TikTok through TikTok’s official developer products (Login Kit, Share Kit, and Webhooks). When you connect your TikTok account, you authorize Formula to access the specific data described in our Privacy Policy using the scopes you approve (user.info.basic, user.info.profile, user.info.stats, video.list). You may disconnect at any time from within the app or from your TikTok account settings. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s own terms and policies; Formula is an independent application and is not endorsed by or affiliated with TikTok.

You retain ownership of the videos, inputs, and scripts associated with your account. You grant Formula a limited license to process this content solely to provide the app’s features (such as analyzing your videos and generating scripts). Scripts generated by Formula are provided for your use; you are responsible for reviewing and how you ultimately use them.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms are presented in the app and, where applicable, processed through the Apple App Store subject to Apple’s terms. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled in accordance with those terms.
The Formula app, its name, logo, and software are the property of Influenceish and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
Formula is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated scripts will achieve any particular result. AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing it before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Influenceish will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Formula and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the app. Upon termination, the data-handling terms of our Privacy Policy continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
